Policies
- Our clinic accepts all major credit cards, cash, and most health insurance plans.
- For those with insurance, your insurance will be verified upon arrival and a co-payment will be collected at the time of service. The patient will be responsible for any unpaid balances, even if insurance claims are denied.
- For those without insurance, payment will be due at the time of service.
- Please feel free to call and request a copy of our financial policies at any time.
- The clinic has a ZERO tolerance policy towards any form of abusive or disrespectful behavior towards staff, patients, or visitors, and will take immediate action to address any incidents, including verbal abuse, physical aggression, harassment, or intimidation, and may even result in the removal of a patient from the practice if necessary.
